Government Code § 51.503","heading":"CERTIFIED COPIES.","body":"A certified copy made of an original document on file in a joint clerk's office must include:\n(1) on each page of the copy:\n(A) the clerk's signature or initials;\n(B) the applicable court's seal; or\n(C) a unique document certification and paginated page number; and\n(2) on the final page of the copy:\n(A) the clerk's attestation certifying that the copy is a true and correct copy of the original document filed in the clerk's office;\n(B) the number of pages copied; and\n(C) the date the copy was issued.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 7 (H.B. 16), Sec. 8.02, eff.
