Government Code § 51.942","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The supreme court shall adopt:\n(1) rules and procedures for the distribution of funds under this subchapter; and\n(2) rules and procedures for imposing sanctions, including the reduction or cancellation of funding.\n(b) Funds may be distributed only to nonprofit organizations that provide basic civil legal services to persons meeting the income eligibility requirements established by the supreme court.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 699, Sec. 1, eff.
