Government Code § 511.00902","heading":"REINSPECTION.","body":"The commission shall adopt rules and procedures for reinspecting a jail following a determination by the commission that the jail is not in compliance with minimum standards. The rules and procedures must require the commission to:\n(1) reinspect all jails not in compliance;\n(2) establish a percentage of reinspections for which the commission shall assess the jail's compliance with all minimum standards, regardless of whether the jail was in compliance with a particular standard during the previous inspection; and\n(3) randomly select the jails subject to a reinspection described by Subdivision (2).\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 254 (H.B. 1545), Sec. 9, eff.
