Government Code § 511.0102","heading":"INFORMATION ON LICENSED JAILER TURNOVER.","body":"On or before the fifth day of each month, each jail under the commission's jurisdiction shall submit to the commission a report containing the number of licensed jailers who left employment at the jail during the previous month. The commission shall prescribe a form for the report required by this section.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 929 (S.B. 1687), Sec. 1, eff.
