Government Code § 522.0153","heading":"MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING REQUIRED.","body":"The state entities to which this subchapter applies shall enter into a joint memorandum of understanding to promote a system of local-level interagency staffing groups for the identification and coordination of services for individuals needing multiagency services that:\n(1) are to be provided in the least restrictive setting appropriate; and\n(2) use residential, institutional, or congregate care settings only as a last resort.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
