Government Code § 523.0106","heading":"MEETINGS; QUORUM.","body":"(a) The executive council shall meet at the executive commissioner's call at least quarterly. The executive commissioner may call additional meetings as the executive commissioner determines necessary.\n(b) A majority of the executive council members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.\n(c) The executive council shall comply with the requirements of Subchapter E, Chapter 522. The archived video and audio recording of a council meeting must be made available through the commission's Internet website.\n(d) A meeting of individual executive council members that occurs in the ordinary course of commission operation is not a council meeting, and the requirements of Subsection (c) do not apply to the meeting.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
