Government Code § 525.0301","heading":"BIENNIAL REFERENCE GUIDE.","body":"(a) The commission shall:\n(1) publish a biennial reference guide describing available public health and human services in this state; and\n(2) make the guide available to all interested parties and agencies.\n(b) The reference guide must include a dictionary of uniform terms and services.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
