Government Code § 526.0354","heading":"COMMISSION SUPERVISION OF MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM.","body":"Notwithstanding any other law, the commission:\n(1) shall directly supervise the administration and operation of the medical transportation program under this subchapter; and\n(2) may not delegate the commission's duty to supervise the medical transportation program to any other person, including through a contract with the Texas Department of Transportation for the department to assume any of the commission's responsibilities relating to the provision of services through that program.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
