Government Code § 526.0355","heading":"CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.","body":"Subject to Subchapter B, Chapter 540A, the commission may contract for the provision of public transportation services, as defined by Section 461.002, Transportation Code, under the medical transportation program, with:\n(1) a public transportation provider, as defined by Section 461.002, Transportation Code;\n(2) a private transportation provider; or\n(3) a regional transportation broker.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
