Government Code § 526.0452","heading":"REQUIRED APPLICATION INFORMATION.","body":"An applicant submitting an initial or renewal application for a license, including a renewal license or a license that does not expire, a listing, or a registration described by Section 526.0451 must include with the application a written statement of:\n(1) the name of any person who is or will be a controlling person, as the applicable agency regulating the person determines, of the entity for which the license, listing, or registration is sought; and\n(2) any other relevant information required by rules the executive commissioner adopts.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
