Government Code § 526.0704","heading":"TRAINING PROGRAMS.","body":"The commission, with assistance from the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System, the Department of Public Safety, and local law enforcement agencies, shall create training programs designed to increase the awareness of judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement personnel on:\n(1) the needs of domestic victims;\n(2) the availability of services under this subchapter;\n(3) the database of services described by Section 526.0702; and\n(4) potential funding sources for those services.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
