Government Code § 532.0306","heading":"WELLNESS SCREENING PROGRAM.","body":"If cost-effective, the commission may implement a wellness screening program for recipients that is designed to evaluate a recipient's risk for having certain diseases and medical conditions to establish:\n(1) a health baseline for each recipient that may be used to tailor the recipient's treatment plan; or\n(2) the recipient's health goals.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
