Government Code § 540.0254","heading":"COST INFORMATION.","body":"A contract to which this subchapter applies must require the contracting Medicaid managed care organization and any entity with which the organization contracts to perform services under a Medicaid managed care plan to disclose at no cost to the commission and, on request, the office of the attorney general all agreements affecting the net cost of goods or services provided under the plan, including:\n(1) discounts;\n(2) incentives;\n(3) rebates;\n(4) fees;\n(5) free goods; and\n(6) bundling arrangements.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
