Government Code § 540.0256","heading":"RECIPIENT OUTREACH AND EDUCATION.","body":"A contract to which this subchapter applies must:\n(1) require the contracting Medicaid managed care organization to provide:\n(A) information about the availability of and referral to educational, social, and other community services that could benefit a recipient; and\n(B) special programs and materials for recipients with limited English proficiency or low literacy skills; and\n(2) contain procedures for recipient outreach and education.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
