Government Code § 540.0271","heading":"PERSONNEL REQUIRED IN CERTAIN SERVICE REGIONS.","body":"A contract to which this subchapter applies must require a contracting Medicaid managed care organization that provides a Medicaid managed care plan in the South Texas service region to ensure the following personnel are located in that region:\n(1) a medical director;\n(2) patient care coordinators; and\n(3) provider and recipient support services personnel.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
