Government Code § 540.0283","heading":"NURSING FACILITY PROVIDER AGREEMENTS: COMPLIANCE WITH PATIENT CARE EXPENSE RATIO.","body":"(a) A contract to which this subchapter applies must require that each provider agreement between the contracting Medicaid managed care organization and a nursing facility include a requirement that the facility comply with the patient care expense ratio adopted under Section 32.0286, Human Resources Code.\n(b) This section does not apply to a state-owned facility.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1135 (S.B. 457), Sec. 3, eff.
