Government Code § 540.0713","heading":"VALUE-ADDED SERVICES.","body":"The commission shall actively encourage Medicaid managed care organizations to offer benefits, including health care services or benefits or other types of services, that:\n(1) are in addition to the services ordinarily covered by the Medicaid managed care plan the organization offers; and\n(2) have the potential to improve the health status of recipients enrolled in the plan.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
