Government Code § 542.0101","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Capitation\" means a method of compensating a provider on a monthly basis for providing or coordinating the provision of a defined set of services and supports that is based on a predetermined payment per services recipient.\n(2) \"Pilot program\" means the pilot program established under this subchapter.\n(3) \"Pilot program participant\" means an individual who is enrolled in and receives services through the pilot program.\n(4) \"Pilot program work group\" means the pilot program work group established under Section 542.0104.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
