Government Code § 542.0104","heading":"PILOT PROGRAM WORK GROUP.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner, in consultation with the advisory committee, shall establish a pilot program work group to assist in developing and provide advice on the operation of the pilot program.\n(b) The pilot program work group is composed of:\n(1) representatives of the advisory committee;\n(2) stakeholders representing individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability;\n(3) stakeholders representing individuals with similar functional needs as the individuals described by Subdivision (2); and\n(4) representatives of managed care organizations that contract with the commission to provide services under the STAR+PLUS Medicaid managed care program.\n(c) Chapter 2110 applies to the pilot program work group.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
