Government Code § 542.0106","heading":"MEASURABLE GOALS.","body":"(a) The commission, in collaboration with the advisory committee and pilot program work group, shall:\n(1) identify, using national core indicators, the National Quality Forum long-term services and supports measures, and other appropriate Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems measures, measurable goals the pilot program is to achieve;\n(2) develop specific strategies and performance measures for achieving the identified goals; and\n(3) ensure that mechanisms to report, track, and assess specific strategies and performance measures for achieving the identified goals are established before implementing the pilot program.\n(b) A strategy proposed under Subsection (a)(2) may be evidence-based if an evidence-based strategy is available for meeting the identified goals.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
