Government Code § 542.0111","heading":"CARE COORDINATION.","body":"(a) A comprehensive long-term services and supports provider participating in the pilot program shall work in coordination with the care coordinators of a managed care organization participating in the pilot program to ensure the seamless daily delivery of acute care and long-term services and supports in accordance with a pilot program participant's plan of care.\n(b) A managed care organization may reimburse a comprehensive long-term services and supports provider for coordinating with care coordinators under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
