Government Code § 543.0055","heading":"FINAL REPORT ON CLINICAL INITIATIVE.","body":"The commission shall prepare a final report based on the analysis of a clinical initiative conducted under Section 543.0054. The final report must include:\n(1) a final determination of:\n(A) the feasibility of implementing the initiative;\n(B) the likely impact implementing the initiative would have on the quality of care provided under Medicaid; and\n(C) the anticipated cost savings to the state that would result from implementing the initiative;\n(2) a summary of the public comments, including a description of any opposition to the initiative;\n(3) an identification of any statutory barriers to implementing the initiative; and\n(4) if the initiative is not implemented, an explanation of that decision.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
