Government Code § 543A.0103","heading":"HEALTH HOME ELIGIBILITY.","body":"To be eligible to receive reimbursement under a quality-based payment system under this subchapter, a health home must:\n(1) directly or indirectly provide enrollees or recipients who have a health home with access to health care services outside of regular business hours;\n(2) educate those enrollees and recipients about the availability of health care services outside of regular business hours; and\n(3) provide evidence satisfactory to the commission that the health home meets the requirement of Subdivision (1).\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
