Government Code § 545.0006","heading":"FUNDING.","body":"(a) The design, development, and operation of an automated data processing system to support the integration plan may be financed through the issuance of bonds or other obligations under Chapter 1232.\n(b) The commission, subject to any spending limitation prescribed in the General Appropriations Act, may use savings described by Section 545.0002(c)(2) to further develop the integrated system and provide other health and human services.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
