Government Code § 545.0201","heading":"COMPLIANCE WITH SOLICITATION PROHIBITIONS.","body":"(a) In this section, \"furnish\" and \"provider\" have the meanings assigned by Section 544.0001.\n(b) A provider who furnishes Medicaid or child health plan program services is subject to Chapter 102, Occupations Code. The provider's compliance with that chapter is a condition of the provider's eligibility to participate as a provider under those programs.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
