Government Code § 546.0155","heading":"PROPOSAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL.","body":"(a) A health and human services agency that receives or develops a proposal for a community initiative shall submit the initiative to the commission for review and approval.\n(b) The commission shall review the initiative to ensure that the initiative is:\n(1) consistent with other similar programs offered in communities; and\n(2) not duplicative of other services provided in the community.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
