Government Code § 546.0205","heading":"INSTITUTION TO ASSIST WITH PERMANENCY PLANNING EFFORTS.","body":"An institution in which a child resides shall assist with providing effective permanency planning for the child by:\n(1) cooperating with the health and human services agency, local intellectual and developmental disability authority, or private entity responsible for developing the child's permanency plan; and\n(2) participating in meetings to review the child's permanency plan as requested by a health and human services agency, local intellectual and developmental disability authority, or private entity responsible for developing the child's permanency plan.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
