Government Code § 546.0218","heading":"ANNUAL REAUTHORIZATION OF PLANS OF CARE FOR CERTAIN CHILDREN.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules under which the commission requires a nursing facility in which a child resides to request from the child's parent or guardian a written reauthorization of the child's plan of care.\n(b) The rules must require that the written reauthorization be requested annually.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
