Government Code § 546.0351","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Incentive payment program\" means the program established under this subchapter.\n(2) \"Nursing facility\" means a convalescent or nursing home or related institution licensed under Chapter 242, Health and Safety Code, that provides long-term care services, as defined by Section 22.0011, Human Resources Code, to recipients.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
