Government Code § 546.0603","heading":"AGREEMENTS WITH NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS; ORGANIZATION ELIGIBILITY.","body":"The executive commissioner may enter into agreements with appropriate nonprofit organizations to provide services under the program. A nonprofit organization is eligible to provide services under the program if the organization:\n(1) has significant experience in providing services to elderly individuals;\n(2) has the capacity to provide training and supervision for individuals interested in serving as volunteer advocates; and\n(3) meets any other criteria prescribed by the executive commissioner.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
