Government Code § 547A.0008","heading":"RULES.","body":"The executive commissioner shall adopt any rules necessary to implement the community collaborative grant program established under this chapter, including rules establishing:\n(1) the requirements for an entity to be eligible to receive a grant;\n(2) the required elements of a community collaborative an entity operates; and\n(3) permissible and prohibited uses of money an entity receives from a grant the commission makes.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
