Government Code § 548.0151","heading":"MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall require each health and human services agency that administers a part of Medicaid to provide Medicaid reimbursement for teledentistry dental services provided by a dentist licensed to practice dentistry in this state.\n(b) The commission shall require reimbursement for a teledentistry dental service at the same rate as the Medicaid program reimburses for the same in-person dental service.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
