Government Code § 549.0004","heading":"CERTAIN MEDICATIONS FOR SEX OFFENDERS PROHIBITED.","body":"(a) To the maximum extent allowed under federal law, the commission may not provide a sexual performance enhancing medication under the vendor drug program or any other health and human services program to an individual required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.\n(b) The executive commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
