Government Code § 549.0206","heading":"SUBMISSION OF EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT INCLUDING DRUG ON PREFERRED DRUG LISTS.","body":"(a) In this section, \"labeler\" and \"manufacturer\" have the meanings assigned by Section 549.0101.\n(b) The commission shall ensure that a manufacturer or labeler may submit written evidence that supports including a drug on the preferred drug lists before a supplemental rebate agreement is reached with the commission.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
