Government Code § 549.0207","heading":"PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION RELATING TO AND DISTRIBUTION OF PREFERRED DRUG LISTS.","body":"(a) The commission shall publish on the commission's Internet website any decisions on preferred drug list placement, including:\n(1) a list of drugs reviewed and the commission's decision for or against placement on a preferred drug list of each reviewed drug;\n(2) for each recommendation, whether a supplemental rebate agreement or a program benefit agreement was reached under Subchapter C; and\n(3) the rationale for any departure from a board recommendation under Section 549.0309.\n(b) The commission shall:\n(1) provide for the distribution of current copies of the preferred drug lists adopted under this subchapter by posting the lists on the Internet; and\n(2) mail copies of the lists to a health care provider on the provider's request.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
