Government Code § 549.0308","heading":"RULES FOR BOARD OPERATION.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules governing the board's operation, including:\n(1) rules governing the procedures the board uses to provide notice of a meeting; and\n(2) rules prohibiting the board from discussing confidential information described by Subchapter D in a public meeting.\n(b) The board shall comply with the rules adopted under this section and Section 549.0311.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
