Government Code § 549.0402","heading":"PROVISION OF PROGRAM INFORMATION BY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY.","body":"Each pharmaceutical company that does business in this state and that offers a patient assistance program shall inform the commission of:\n(1) the existence of the program;\n(2) the eligibility requirements for the program;\n(3) the drugs covered by the program; and\n(4) information used for applying for the program, such as a telephone number.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
