Government Code § 549.0452","heading":"PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY.","body":"An individual is eligible for prescription drug benefits under the state prescription drug program if the individual is:\n(1) a qualified Medicare beneficiary, as defined by 42 U.S.C. Section 1396d(p)(1);\n(2) a specified low-income Medicare beneficiary who is eligible for assistance under Medicaid for Medicare cost-sharing payments under 42 U.S.C. Section 1396a(a)(10)(E)(iii);\n(3) a qualified disabled and working individual, as defined by 42 U.S.C. Section 1396d(s); or\n(4) a qualifying individual who is eligible for assistance under Medicaid under 42 U.S.C.
