Government Code § 550.0205","heading":"FAMILY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.","body":"A family is eligible to participate in the pilot program if the family:\n(1) includes one or more members who are recipients of financial assistance or supplemental nutrition assistance benefits, at least one of whom is:\n(A) at least 18 years of age but not older than 62 years of age; and\n(B) willing, physically able, and legally able to be employed; and\n(2) has a total household income that is less than a sufficient wage based on the family's makeup and geographical area of residence.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff.
