Government Code § 552.161","heading":"EXCEPTION: CERTAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION OBTAINED BY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT.","body":"The following information obtained by a flood control district located in a county with a population of 3.3 million or more in connection with operations related to a declared disaster or flooding is excepted from the requirements of Section 552.021:\n(1) a person's name;\n(2) a home address;\n(3) a business address;\n(4) a home telephone number;\n(5) a mobile telephone number;\n(6) an electronic mail address;\n(7) social media account information; and\n(8) a social security number.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 300 (H.B. 3913), Sec. 1, eff.
