Government Code § 552.230","heading":"RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR INSPECTION AND COPYING OF PUBLIC INFORMATION.","body":"(a) A governmental body may promulgate reasonable rules of procedure under which public information may be inspected and copied efficiently, safely, and without delay.\n(b) A rule promulgated under Subsection (a) may not be inconsistent with any provision of this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
