Government Code § 552.274","heading":"REPORT BY ATTORNEY GENERAL ON COST OF COPIES.","body":"(a) The attorney general shall:\n(1) biennially update a report prepared by the attorney general about the charges made by state agencies for providing copies of public information; and\n(2) provide a copy of the updated report on the attorney general's open records page on the Internet not later than March 1 of each even-numbered year.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1083, Sec. 25(62), eff. June 17, 2011.\n(c) In this section, \"state agency\" has the meaning assigned by Sections 2151.002(2)(A) and (C).\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 693, Sec. 17, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
