Government Code § 571.072","heading":"PUBLIC ACCESS.","body":"(a) The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the commission and to speak on issues under the general jurisdiction of the commission.\n(b) The commission shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English or who has a physical, mental, or developmental disability may be provided reasonable access to commission proceedings.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
