Government Code § 572.028","heading":"DUPLICATE STATEMENTS.","body":"If an individual has filed a financial statement under one provision of this subchapter covering the preceding calendar year, the individual is not required to file a financial statement required under another provision of this subchapter to cover that same year if, before the deadline for filing the statement under the other provision, the individual notifies the commission in writing that the individual has already filed a financial statement under the provision specified.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
