Government Code § 573.082","heading":"REMOVAL BY QUO WARRANTO PROCEEDING.","body":"(a) A quo warranto proceeding under this chapter must be brought by the attorney general in a district court in Travis County or in a district court of the county in which the defendant resides.\n(b) The district or county attorney of the county in which a suit is filed under this section shall assist the attorney general at the attorney general's discretion.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
