Government Code § 614.151","heading":"PURPOSES OF SUBCHAPTER.","body":"The purposes of this subchapter are to:\n(1) develop a complete list of fire departments and firefighting resources within this state;\n(2) prepare for the prompt and efficient response to a disaster or incident of catastrophic proportions; and\n(3) provide support to the statewide mutual aid program for fire emergencies as provided by Section 418.110.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1215 (H.B. 1915), Sec. 1, eff.
