Government Code § 619.003","heading":"POLICY ON EXPRESSING BREAST MILK.","body":"(a) A public employer shall develop a written policy on the expression of breast milk by employees under this chapter.\n(b) A policy developed under Subsection (a) must state that the public employer shall:\n(1) support the practice of expressing breast milk; and\n(2) make reasonable accommodations for the needs of employees who express breast milk.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 921 (H.B. 786), Sec. 1, eff.
