Government Code § 62.021","heading":"DISMISSAL OF JUROR REMOVED FROM PANEL.","body":"In a county with a population of 2.5 million or more, a prospective juror removed from a jury panel for cause, by peremptory challenge or for any other reason, must be dismissed from jury service. After dismissal, the person may not be placed on another jury panel until the person's name is returned to the jury wheel and drawn again for jury service.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
