Government Code § 656.048","heading":"RULES RELATING TO TRAINING AND EDUCATION.","body":"(a) A state agency shall adopt rules relating to:\n(1) the eligibility of the agency's administrators and employees for training and education supported by the agency; and\n(2) the obligations assumed by the administrators and employees on receiving the training and education.\n(b) A state agency shall adopt rules requiring that before an administrator or employee of the agency may be reimbursed under Section 656.047(b), the executive head of the agency must authorize the tuition reimbursement payment.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
