Government Code § 659.023","heading":"COMPENSATORY TIME POLICY.","body":"(a) A state agency shall notify its employees annually of the state's policy on compensatory time.\n(b) A state agency shall accommodate to the extent practicable an employee's request to use accrued compensatory time.\n(c) A state agency shall:\n(1) provide an employee activated to military service as a member of the reserve component of the armed forces with a statement containing the balance of the employee's accrued state compensatory time; and\n(2) accommodate an employee's request to use the balance of the employee's accrued state compensatory time before the compensatory time expires.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 279, Sec. 12, eff.
